Public Notice of Trust Establishment

Declaration of Interest in Trust Property

This Public Notice (“Notice”) is issued to formally declare and record the conveyance of the property itemised herein (“Trust Property”) to the trustees listed below (“Trustees”). This is in alignment with the stipulations set forth in the Trust Deed for Gardd Afon Trust (“Trust”), dated 25 March 2024.

Specification of Trust Property
The Trust Property governed by this Notice is: land lying to the south east of Ty Canol, title number CYM806854 the entirety of the land 22 acres.(“Trust Property”).

Commencement Date
This Notice shall be effective from 25th March 2024.

Affirmation by the Settlors
Alistair Meikle and Malgorzata Meikle (“Settlors”), being the lawful owners with full entitlement to all rights, title, and interest in and to the Trust Property, hereby vouch for the legitimate transfer and assignment of the Trust Property to the Trustees as detailed below:

1. Trustee 1: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to Alistair Meikle as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.
2. Trustee 2: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to Malgorzata Meikle as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.

Formal Issue
This notice is formally issued by the Settlor and is dated 25th March 2024.
