Public Notice of Trust Establishment

Declaration of Interest in Trust Property

This Public Notice (“Notice”) is issued to formally declare and record the conveyance of the property itemised herein (“Trust Property”) to the trustees listed below (“Trustees”). This is in alignment with the stipulations set forth in the Trust Deed for The Endgames Trust (“Trust”), formally established on 1st June 2025.

Specification of Trust Property
The Trust Property governed by this Notice is: 14 Ardmore Gardens, Drymen G63 0BD (“Trust Property”).

Commencement Date
This Notice shall be effective from 10th October 2025.

Affirmation by the Settlor
CAROLINE ROSE FRASER (“Settlor”), being the lawful owner with full entitlement to all rights, title, and interest in and to the Trust Property, hereby vouches for the legitimate transfer and assignment of the Trust Property to the Trustees as detailed below:

1. Trustee 1: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to CAROLINE ROSE FRASER as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.
2. Trustee 2: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to SEAN BRENNAN as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.

Formal Issue
This notice is formally issued by the Settlor and is dated 10th October 2025.
