Access to our private Trust Community is only available to valued donors who have generously contributed to our community. We thank you for your continued support and invite you to apply for a secure, members-only space where you can share knowledge, access exclusive resources, and connect with like-minded individuals.
You may view further content as a website subscriber, however, the majority of the benefits are only available to donors, so you may find your access to certain areas is restricted.
User Conduct
By joining our Trust Community, you agree to maintain a respectful and courteous demeanour at all times. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the community.
Data Protection
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. All personal information and data submitted or collected within the Trust Community will be securely stored and handled in compliance with the DPA 2018. We will not share, sell, or disclose your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Content Ownership
Unless otherwise specified, all content posted within the Trust Community is owned by the individual who posted it. By posting in the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the community.
Moderation
We reserve the right to moderate content and discussions within the Trust Community to ensure that all interactions align with our code of conduct. Moderators may edit, remove, or move content that violates our guidelines without prior notice.
Termination Policy
Members who violate our code of conduct or engage in unlawful activities will be subject to immediate termination of their membership without a refund. We reserve the right to ban such users from rejoining the community.
Access Revocation
We reserve the right to revoke or limit a member’s access to the Trust Community for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or misuse of community resources.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to membership in the Trust Community shall be resolved through mediation or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof.
Updates and Changes
We may update these terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in our policies or in applicable law. We will notify members of any significant changes through the email associated with their account and/or via an announcement within the community.
Confidentiality and Privacy
As a member of this Trust Community, you are part of a private and confidential space. All information, discussions, details of members and materials shared within this community are to be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed or disseminated outside the community without explicit written permission from the original content owner. Violation of this confidentiality and privacy clause may result in immediate termination of your membership and could be subject to further legal action.
