Declaration of Interest in Trust Property

This Public Notice (“Notice”) is issued to formally declare and record the conveyance of the property itemised herein (“Trust Property”) to the trustees listed below (“Trustees”). This is in alignment with the stipulations set forth in the Trust Deed for the Nogfall Trust(“Trust”), dated 16th Aril 2025.

Specification of Trust Property
The Trust Property governed by this Notice is: 38 Bartholomew St West, Exter, Devon, EX4 3BN .(“Trust Property”).

Commencement Date
This Notice shall be effective from 14th April 2025.

Affirmation by the Settlor
Peter Doman (“Settlor”), being the lawful owner with full entitlement to all rights, title, and interest in and to the Trust Property, hereby vouches for the legitimate transfer and assignment of the Trust Property to the Trustees as detailed below:

1. Trustee 1: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to Peter Doman as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.
2. Trustee 2: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to John Norton as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.

Formal Issue
This notice is formally issued by the Settlor and is dated 16th April 2025.
