Description
The National Will Safe is a complete document storage solution that solves all of the problems of protecting important legal documents, for a small annual fee.
The documents are kept in a waterproof wallet in a specialist archive facility.
Documents are fully insured against loss and damage, if anything happens to them, they will be recreated and replaced for you, free of charge.
If damage or loss occurs after death, then Executors are insured (for up to £2million) to compensate the Estate and any losses incurred by the Beneficiaries as a result of there being no legally valid Trust or Will.
Plastic identity cards are provided for you and your Trustees/Executors. The cards provide the name, unique storage reference number and the contact details for The National Will Safe.
Documents can be accessed at any time, free of charge, and delivered using an insured delivery service.
When executors need to access your Will, they just need to provide a death certificate and proof of identity.
