Cancellation Clause

1. Subscription Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, it is important to note that cancellation does not automatically imply a waiver of any outstanding obligations or fees incurred.
2. Payment Upon Cancellation: In the event of cancellation prior to the completion of the subscription term, the subscriber shall be liable for the costs corresponding to the services already provided. The amount due will be calculated based on the proportion of the work completed at the time of cancellation, in relation to the total scope of services agreed upon in the subscription.
3. Calculation of Amount Due: The value of the work carried out will be determined as follows: Suggested donation value of each individual element carried out, or a portion of, on a pro-rata basis for partially completed benefits. This amount shall reflect the fair value of the services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
4. Notification of Cancellation: To initiate a cancellation, the subscriber must provide written notice via email to admin@privatetrusts.direct. The cancellation will take effect from the date the notice is received.
5. Settlement of Outstanding Amounts: Any outstanding amounts owed by the subscriber for services rendered up to the point of cancellation must be paid within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Failure to settle these amounts may result in additional charges or legal action.
6. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms of the subscription agreement, taking into account the value of the work already performed.
7. Amendments to the Cancellation Policy: This cancellation policy may be amended from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes as per the communication policy outlined in the subscription agreement.
