Public Notice of Trust Establishment

Declaration of Interest in Trust Property

This Public Notice (“Notice”) is issued to formally declare and record the conveyance of the property itemised herein (“Trust Property”) to the trustees listed below (“Trustees”). This is in alignment with the stipulations set forth in the Trust Deed for AMETHYST TRUST (“Trust”), dated 20th December 2023.

Specification of Trust Property

The Trust Property governed by this Notice is: 64 Springwater Road, Leigh on Sea, Essex SS9 5BJ.(“Trust Property”).

Commencement Date

This Notice shall be effective from 20th December 2023.

Affirmation by the Settlor

Debbie Constantine (“Settlor”), being the lawful owner with full entitlement to all rights, title, and interest in and to the Trust Property, hereby vouches for the legitimate transfer and assignment of the Trust Property to the Trustees as detailed below:

Trustee 1: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to Debbie Constantine as Trustee for the Amethyst Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.

Trustee 2: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to Susan O’Callaghan ]as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.

Formal Issue

This notice is formally issued by the Settlor and is dated 20th December 2023.
