Declaration of Interest in Trust Property

This Public Notice (“Notice”) is issued to formally declare and record the conveyance of the property itemised herein (“Trust Property”) to the trustees listed below (“Trustees”). This is in alignment with the stipulations set forth in the Trust Deed for FELUS-MJELUS TRUST (“Trust”), dated 03rd April 2023.

Specification of Trust Property
The Trust Property governed by this Notice is: land and buildings at Baird Road, Carlisle, CA1 3AD (“Trust Property”). Trust executed on 03rd April 2023.

Commencement Date
This Notice shall be effective from 04th November 2024.

Affirmation by the Settlor
ADRIAN DEMCZUK (“Settlor”), being the lawful owner with full entitlement to all rights, title, and interest in and to the Trust Property, hereby vouches for the legitimate transfer and assignment of the Trust Property to the Trustees as detailed below:

Trustee 1: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to MONIKA DEMCZUK as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.
Trustee 2: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to ADRIAN DEMCZUK as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.

Formal Issue
This notice is formally issued by the Settlor and is dated 04TH November 2024.
