Declaration of Interest in Trust Property

This Public Notice (“Notice”) is issued to formally declare and record the conveyance of the property itemised herein (“Trust Property, 18 Ashdale Road, Cressage, Shropshire, SY5 6DT”) to the trustees listed below (“Gary James Forde; Anna Philippa Forde, Katie Elizabeth Forde”). This is in alignment with the stipulations set forth in the Trust Deed and declaration for [The Pergola Private Trust, established [ 23rd July 2024].

Specification of Trust Property

The Trust Property governed by this Notice is: [18 Ashdale Road, Cressage, Shropshire, SY5 6DT. (“Trust Property”).

Commencement Date

This Notice shall be effective from [date of execution 6th July 2025].

Affirmation by the Settlor

SETTLOR NAME (“Sarah Jane Forde”), being the lawful owner with full entitlement to all rights, title, and interest in and to the Trust Property, hereby vouches for the legitimate transfer and assignment of the Trust Property to the Trustees as detailed below:

Trustee 1: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to [TRUSTEE 1 Gary James Forde] as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.

Trustee 2: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to [TRUSTEE 2 Anna Philippa Forde as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.

Trustee 3: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to [TRUSTEE 3 Katie Elizabeth Forde] as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.

This notice is formally issued by the Settlor and is dated [6th July 2025].
