This notice of statement of interest and assignment serves as evidence that the trust property 166 Stockport Road, Marple, Stockport, Greater Manchester has been transferred to the trustees named in the See You in the Fish Market Trust for the “special purpose in confidence “ of use with reference to the See You in the Fish Market Trust with the listed equitable assets held in private from date of execution 4th November 2022

This serves as public notice by settlor as owner and holder of all rights, title, and interest in the asset 166 Stockport Road, Marple, Greater Manchester has been transferred/assigned specifically as trust deposit to the trustees as follows:

I. the settlor hereby confirms that the legal title of the listed trust property is held by trustee, Mark John Finney, doing business as (dba) Mark John Finney , 166 Stockport Road, Marple, Stockport, Greater Manchester, SK6 6DL as trustee for the Trust under the terms and conditions of the Trust Deed.

II. The settlor hereby confirms that the legal title of the listed trust property is held by trustee, Michele Florence Finney, doing business as (dba) Michele Florence Finney. 166 Stockport Road, Marple, Stockport, Greater Manchester, SK6 6DL,as trustee for the Trust under the terms and conditions of the Trust Deed.

III. the settlor hereby confirms that the legal title of the listed trust property is held by trustee, Emily Kate Finney, doing business as (dba) Emily Kate Finney, 166 Stockport Road, Marple, Stockport, Greater Manchester, SK6 6DL as trustee for the Trust under the terms and conditions of the Trust Deed.
