Public Notice of Trust Establishment

This Public Notice (“Notice”) is issued to formally declare and record the conveyance of the property itemised herein (“Trust Property”) to the trustees listed below (“Trustees”). This is in alignment with the stipulations set forth in the Trust Deed for The OsKa Trust (“Trust”), dated 31.01.24.

Specification of Trust Property
The Trust Property governed by this Notice is: Flat 5, The Saddlery, 9 Leicester Street, Walsall, WS11PT (“Trust Property”).

Commencement Date
This Notice shall be effective from 31.01.24.

Affirmation by the Settlor
Naseem Koser (“Settlor”), being the lawful owner with full entitlement to all rights, title, and interest in and to the Trust Property, hereby vouches for the legitimate transfer and assignment of the Trust Property to the Trustees as detailed below:
1.Trustee 1: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to Amira Ali Gobern as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.
2.Trustee 2: Legal possession and responsibility for the Trust Property are conferred to Naseem Koser as Trustee for the Trust. This is in accordance with the terms delineated in the Trust Declaration.

Formal Issue
This notice is formally issued by the Settlor and is dated 31.01.2024.
